Duquesne students now have a single, convenient destination for answers to their most common questions. The new One Stop Student Services Center, located on the ground floor of the Administration Building (also known as Old Main), brings essential student support services together under one roof—making campus life simpler and more stress-free.
The center, which houses the Office of Financial Aid and Enrollment Management Group Student Services, provides students with access to help with financial aid, billing, registration and more. It’s also the best place for students to start if they’re unsure where to go or who to contact. One Stop’s friendly staff are available to assist students navigate campus resources and make connections to the right departments.
“Other projects completed as part of the student-first projects include the renovated admissions space in the Union (203), directional signage around campus, the Student Success Central in the Union, Eugene P. Beard Center for Student Success in Rockwell Hall and the admissions suite on the first floor of Old Main," he added.
Getting There
Finding One Stop is easy! From outside Old Main, follow the path to the left and signs
to the side door—the center just inside on the right. From inside Old Main, take the
elevator to the ground floor and find the One Stop Student Services Center about 20
feet ahead, just on the left.
How it Works
When they arrive, students will be asked to scan a QR code and complete a quick form
to be added to the queue. A staff member will call out the student’s name when it’s
his or her turn—keeping the process smooth and stress-free. The One Stop team also
is ready to help guide students who may not be sure of their next steps.
With a focus on student success, the One Stop Student Services Center makes navigating Duquesne simpler, offering support for everything from financial questions to enrollment needs, all in one welcoming space.
