Staff Award Nominations Deadline Approaching

Think of someone who has supported you, strengthened our community or made a meaningful difference—then take a moment to nominate them and recognize their impact.

This year’s Staff Awards will take place Tuesday, May 12, from 1 to 2:30 p.m. in the Union Ballroom. All employees are encouraged to nominate fellow colleagues, managers, supervisors and teams for awards. All nominations are due Friday, March 20, 2026 by 5 p.m.

Full-time and part-time staff who have been at the University for at least two years are eligible to be nominated for:

• The President’s Spirit of Duquesne University Award
• Champion for Campus Engagement and Community Building
• Innovation Award—Ideas That Make a Difference
• Teamwork Award
• Quality Service Award
• Rookie of the Year Award.
