Duquesne’s campus events play an important role in creating experiences that broaden perspectives and support the University’s mission. As we look ahead, Conference and Event Services is preparing to open the reservation calendar for the 2026‑27 academic year.
Beginning Monday, March 2, University departments can submit event requests in 25Live for the Power Center Ballroom, Student Union spaces, outdoor event spaces and webinar licenses.
Updated video tutorials for using 25Live are available on the Duquesne portal. These guides walk employees through key steps in the reservation and planning process so departments can prepare events efficiently and with confidence.
