Enrollment is open to American and foreign law students and to American and foreign graduate school students including, but not limited to MBA students.

All applicants must be in good academic standing. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited as our program is limited to twenty students.

This is a 3-week program offering 5 hours ao ABA-approved credit.

Costs and Payment Deadlines

All checks and online payments must be payable in U.S. dollars to Duquesne University.

Travel costs to and from Europe and all other costs and expenses not specifically mentioned are not included. We suggest you consult a travel agent and request the lowest available fare from any carrier. Fares vary widely.

*Included in the tuition and fees are: course materials, an opening and closing dinner, scheduled group transportation costs, admission to scheduled cultural and legal site visits, and a MedEx card, which provides emergency evacuation.

**This is an estimate! Airfare varies widely and so does personal spending. Regarding airfare, we highly recommend that participants purchase travel insurance, in the event they need to seek reimbursement of their airfare.

Financial Aid

Federal financial aid monies may be available for qualifying students who are enrolled at least half-time during the summer semester.

Cancellation

Duquesne University reserves the right to cancel the program due to insufficient enrollment or other extraordinary emergency conditions. In the event of cancellation, students will be notified via email and deposits will be refunded.

Duquesne University will not be responsible for any personal injury, property damage or illness encountered by participating students during the program. All students are advised to purchase appropriate medical, accidental and travel insurance.

NOTE: Students who withdraw from the program after February 15, 2023, even if before the start of the program, remain liable for any costs already incurred by Duquesne University, including, but not limited to, hotel and transportation deposits.
