Biography

Dr. Karl Wimmer is an associate professor of mathematics at Duquesne University and is also the current chair of the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science.  His research expertise is in theoretical computer science.  His work has spanned many areas, including machine learning, Fourier analysis, and sublinear algorithms.
