Biography

Nicole Brown, MS, PA-C, earned her undergraduate degree from Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She began her clinical career in hospital medicine at Holy Spirit Hospital in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, and later practiced in emergency medicine at Magee-Womens Hospital of UPMC in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Since transitioning to higher education in 2015, Nicole has built over a decade of experience in physician assistant education, including leadership roles in didactic curriculum and instruction. Her teaching experience includes physical diagnosis, technical skills, interprofessional education, and simulation-based learning, with a focus on developing strong clinical reasoning skills. She is dedicated to student mentorship and preparing future PAs to become confident, compassionate clinicians.
