University Department Parking Policies

Campus Guest Policy

To maintain and promote health and safety, as well as, cleaning and maintenance protocols, the University strongly encourages that all departments utilize virtual means for meetings.  In the event that is not feasible, Parking Services must be notified in advance, or your guest will be denied entry on to campus. Arrangements for guests can be made by emailing by 4:00 pm the day before your guests' arrival with: the guest's name, date of visit, and department contact. Parking and Public Safety will be monitoring the Forbes Garage entrance for visitors, and only those who have had prior arrangements will be granted access to park.
