Evaluation and treatment for children from birth to age 18 years with language problems related to a variety of diagnoses including autism.

This clinic is designed for children, adolescents, and adults with developmental language disorders and/or autism who have difficulty understanding what other people say (following directions, answering questions, or pointing to objects and pictures), have trouble expressing themselves (putting words together into sentences, asking questions, naming, and defining words), or who experience difficulty developing reading, spelling, and writing skills. Our clinic also specializes in supporting our clients' social communication skills, including keeping a conversation going, understanding nonverbal cues, and learning how to use language in a variety of ways in everyday situations.
