Three indicators of program success are the percentage of students finishing the program within the expected time, the number of students passing the national examination, and the percentage of graduates finding jobs in the profession. These outcome measures are reported below.

Praxis Exam Pass Rates of Test-Takers

To earn the ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence students must pass a national examination (often referred to as the ASHA Exam). For the past 15 years, 100% of Duquesne's SLP students have passed the Praxis exam.

A third outcome measure is how readily graduates are employed. By student report, over the past three years 100% of our graduates were employed in the profession within one year of graduation.
