Microsoft OneDrive for Business is a cloud-based file storage system available through your University email account. Students and employees receive 5 TB of storage through OneDrive.

Sign into OneDrive
OneDrive is available through your University email account. You can access OneDrive by:
- Going to duq.edu/mail and signing into your University email account.
- Clicking the app launcher icon located in the top left corner.
- Selecting OneDrive from the apps list.
After signing into OneDrive, you can upload files, create folders, and share files and folders with individuals inside and outside of Duquesne University.
Storing University data in OneDrive
OneDrive has been reviewed by Duquesne University's Information Security team and has been approved for storing internal and public institutional data. Restricted data (personally identifiable information and compliance regulated data) is not approved for storage in Box.
