The authentication outage has been resolved.

Computing and Technology Services (CTS) is currently investigating an issue that is going to cause an authentication outage while signing into online Duquesne services from approximately 3 to 3:30 p.m. This will only impact new authentications. If you are already logged in, you should not be impacted.

3/28/2022: Wireless Internet Outage

The wireless internet service came back online around 3:45 p.m. The issues has been resolved.

3/28/2022 at 1:10 p.m.

CTS teams are investigating an issue preventing users from connecting to the wireless internet on the 1st floor of Union Building.

The wireless internet service came back online around 8:45 a.m. The issues has been resolved.

CTS teams are investigating an issue preventing users from connecting to the wireless internet on the 7th floor of Fisher Hall.

The wired and wireless internet service came back online around 3:20 p.m. The issues has been resolved.

CTS teams are investigating an issue preventing users from connecting to the wired and wireless internet in Bayer Hall.

3/14/2022: Wired and Wireless Internet Outage

3/14//2022 at 8:05 a.m.

The wired and wireless internet service came back online around 8:00 a.m. The issues has been resolved.

3/14/2022 at 7:10 a.m.

CTS teams are investigating an issue preventing users from connecting to the wired and wireless internet in Rockwell Hall.

12/15/2021: Duo Authentication Outage

12/15/2021 at 11:52 a.m.

Duo is monitoring reports of a lag in returning Azure authentications to normal. Duo products that are configured to leverage Azure Active Directory as the authentication source (Duo Azure Conditional Access, Duo Access Gateway, Duo SSO, Duo Admin SSO logins, and Azure Directory Sync) may experience a delay in returning to normal.

12/15/2021 at 11:15 a.m.

The DUO service came back online around 11:00 a.m. The issues has been resolved.

12/15/2021 at 10:30 a.m.

Computing and Technology Services (CTS) is currently investigating and issue that is affecting Duo authentication. We are working with the vendor to remedy. In the meantime, do not log out of any active sessions or you may not be able to get back into them.

10/07/2021: InCommon MDQ Outage Causing SSO Issues

CTS has been made aware of an issue with the InCommon MDQ service. Users accessing certain InCommon service providers, such as 25Live, may experience intermittent Single Sign On (SSO) issues until InCommon is able to fully restore the service.
