Reserved Department Space/s Rules and Regulations

No employee may use these spaces as personal spaces. These spaces are the property of Duquesne University and will only be used for the following reasons:

  • Guests of the department (No university employee)
  • Short term drop parking, IE medical supplies, records, etc.
  • Client parking

Under no circumstances may a department use these spaces for the following reasons:

  • Student Parking
  • Employee parking (even if the employee has an official Duquesne University parking permit)
  • Raffling, offering to offset compensation, a gift, etc.

All parking permits and Departmental parking spaces are the property of Duquesne University and may be rescinded at the discretion of the University. 

Departments that have personal spaces must comply with the rules and the regulations set forth by Parking services.  Any Department that would like to request a personal space for departmental usage must contact the Office of Parking and DU Card Services by calling (412)-396-5267 or via email.
