International Mailing Options
Receiving Your Acceptance Packet
If you have already submitted all of the appropriate documentation needed for us to send you your immigration documents and acceptance packet, you have three options for receiving that information:
Recommended Option: Express Mail (3-7 days)
Duquesne uses an express mail service that will allow you to receive your documents through DHL, UPS, or FedEx. Requesting this option is at your expense, and your credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover) will be charged upon requesting the service. To request express mailing of your documents, go to the eShip Global website.
You will be required to create your own username and password in order to create an account and provide payment details. Use this student account number: uems-xxxx. Please be sure to indicate that your institution is Duquesne University-Center for Global Engagement when setting up your shipment.
Please pay close attention to the information submitted, as errors in the credit card information or submitting incorrect or incomplete address information will result in a delay in the mailing. If you experience any difficulty in registering and processing the shipment, please use the “Help” link in the site for step by step instructions. Regular Mail (1-6 weeks)
If you would like your documents to be sent by regular mail, please email Mr. Ben Pilcher: firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm your current mailing address. NOTE: There is no way to track the progress of items sent through regular mail.
Pick up Packet at Center for Global Engagement
If you wish to pick up your packet in person or to have someone else pick it up for you, please email Mr. Ben Pilcher: email@example.com
