You are cordially invited to join us via Zoom to explore ways that you can reflect the Spiritan values of Duquesne in your teaching and work as faculty. Register here to receive the Zoom information prior to the event. This year's theme for the Spiritan Pedagogy Conversations is "Broadening our Scholarship, Deepening our Disciplinary Commitments, and Reaching People on the Margins."
In this session, the discussants will explore ways that they help students to develop empathy within their disciplines to build authentic interactions with others. Join us in conversation with campus colleagues in exploring ways that scholarship, disciplinary commitments, and service connect with the Spiritan values of the university. Along the way, we will learn about how colleagues are adapting to continue their practice of Spiritan Pedagogy amid the pandemic.
Register here to receive the Zoom link prior to the event.
Spiritan Pedagogy Discussions are cosponsored by the Center for Teaching Excellence, the Center for Catholic Faith and Culture, and Mission & Identity.
