Join CTE staff for one or more of these Spring 2021 sessions, which explore ways to help students and faculty stay well and avoid burnout as we continue to face unprecedented demands on our time, cognition, and emotions.

Each session will feature a specific topic, but the time spent will allow for flexibility of conversation while also providing participants with small instructional changes they can make to support intellectual and mental well-being in the classroom. Participants will learn from CTE staff as well as from one another. In some cases, the same session will be offered on both days to allow for greater participation. Each session is scheduled for one hour. Details about registration below.
