Women Leading Change in Academia: Breaking the Glass Ceiling, Cliff, and Slipper
A Discussion of Readings
co-sponsored by CTE, WGS, and WIS
Join Women in STEM (WIS), Women's and Gender Studies (WGS), the Center for Teaching Excellence (CTE) and your colleagues across campus for conversation based on selected readings from Women Leading Change in Academia, a collection of essays that highlights the "perspectives of diverse women academic leaders who discuss their rise to key leadership positions and effective change-making in higher education, despite underlying structural barriers and bias that disadvantage women."
Participants can register for each session separately, according to their interests and schedules. Registered participants will be given access to a copy of their selected chapter(s) through a shared Box folder.
