Carole Schwartz Rendon, Esq.
Carole Schwartz Rendon is a partner with the Cleveland law firm of Giffen & Kaminski, LLC. Her practice focuses on criminal defense and white collar criminal defense in federal and state court, complex commercial litigation, civil litigation and professional disciplinary representation. Before entering private practice, Ms. Rendon was an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Boston, Massachusetts, where she was a member of the Organized Crime Strike Force Unit from 1988-1994 and was Chief of the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force from 1994 until 1997. In 2008, Ms. Rendon was appointed Chair of the Community Council of the Justice System Reform, a county-wide effort to improve the administration of justice in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. She is a former Trustee and former Chair of both the Criminal Law and the Women and the Law Sections of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. Ms. Rendon’s B.A. and J.D. are from Northwestern University.
