Volunteers

The Office of Risk Management (ORM) is responsible for enforcing Duquesne University's policies regarding Volunteers involved in University sponsored programs or events on or off campus. The ORM works directly with organizations sponsoring or participating in Volunteer events or programs and trains University departments on these policies and their responsibility to comply.

Anyone wishing to volunteer for a Duquesne University sponsored program who is not affiliated with Duquesne University must review the Volunteer Guide and Procedures and submit a completed Volunteer Agreement. These documents may be viewed and submitted online using the links below. (If you prefer a paper form, please contact the Assistant Director, Risk Management Sean Weaver at weavers2@duq.edu or 412.396.2073.)

If you have any questions regarding the event in which you are participating, please contact the Program Coordinator for the event. The Program Coordinator is the Duquesne University student or employee responsible for coordinating the program.
