Talented students working with world-class researchers

The undergraduate research program provides students with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in their specific field of study. Students can apply their knowledge and skills to make meaningful contributions to the field while working closely with a faculty mentor.

Through participation in the program, students can develop important skills such as critical thinking, problem solving, and communication, which will serve them well in their future careers. Additionally, the program provides opportunities for students to present their findings at conferences, publish papers, and even earn academic credit for their work. Overall, participating in the undergraduate research program is a valuable experience that can enhance the Duquesne education and prepare them for future opportunities in their chosen field.

The URP will start on May 22 and conclude on July 29, 2023. Don't wait! Apply by March 10, 2023 for a summer 2023 consideration.
