Finally! A Methodology for Evaluating Community Impact: Ripple Effect Mapping and Community Engagement
Too often, we evaluate our community-engaged efforts by counting - the number of participants, the number of students, the amount of money raised. However, this does not always give ourselves or our stakeholders an in-depth understanding of the change that can occur due to community engagement. Ripple Effect Mapping is an evaluation method that can help you celebrate and understand the impacts of your community-engaged program, project or research. In this session, you will learn about this method, participate in a REM session and plan your own Ripple Effect Mapping session.
