Biography

Candace Erb is an Adjunct Professor of Music Education at Duquesne University and is an elementary general music teacher and choral director at Fairview Elementary in the Fox Chapel Area School District. She earned her Master of Music degree in Choral Conducting from the Eastman School of Music, and her Bachelor of Science in Music Education from Duquesne University.

Candace Erb is a vocalist, educator, conductor, and pianist in and around the Pittsburgh area.

As a soprano soloist, Candace has performed with a variety of ensembles and is a cantor for the Diocese of Pittsburgh both at St. Paul's Cathedral in Oakland and at Sacred Heart in Shadyside. As an educator, she serves as a cooperating teacher for student teachers and has received Orff Certification I, II. She is a member of PMEA and NAfME, and has served as secretary for the ACDA Eastern Division.
