David Manes is the Managing Partner of Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC, one of the largest plaintiff employment law firms in Pennsylvania. David and his partner formed KM&A shortly after graduating from law school and grew the business from its humble beginnings to where it is today: a multi-million dollar statewide firm. More than two dozen employees work hard every day at KM&A and helped it earn the "Fastest Growing Companies" and "Best Places To Work" awards from the Pittsburgh Business Times.
With a deep passion for encouraging entrepreneurs, David takes every opportunity to guide and mentor future business leaders. He conceived, designed, and now teaches Legal Entrepreneurship at the Duquesne University School of Law as an Adjunct Professor. He also regularly teaches classes and seminars throughout the community. And he is the author of The Entrepreneur's Counsel: Practical Legal Guidance for Starting & Running a Business.
Before co-founding KM&A, David worked at the Kisner Law Firm and Sain Law, LLC, both in the Pittsburgh area. He earned his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where he was the Murray S. Love Mock Trial Champion, an editor on JURIST, and a member of the Moot Court Board. Before law school, David graduated summa cum laude from Harding University with a degree in Political Science.
Today, David lives in Cranberry Township with his wife and daughters.
