David Manes is a founding partner at Ruppert Manes Narahari LLC, a business and employment law firm headquartered in Pittsburgh. David formed the firm shortly after graduating from law school and helped grow the business from its humble beginnings to where it is today: a multi-million dollar statewide firm. Over the past decade, the firm has represented thousands of clients, won millions of dollars in judgments and settlements, and earned the "Fastest Growing Companies" and "Best Places to Work" awards from the Pittsburgh Business Times.

With a deep passion for encouraging entrepreneurs, David takes every opportunity to guide and mentor future business leaders. He conceived, designed, and now teaches Legal Entrepreneurship at the Duquesne University School of Law as an Adjunct Professor. He also regularly teaches classes and seminars in the Pittsburgh community. And he is the author of The Entrepreneur's Counsel: Practical Legal Guidance for Starting & Running a Business.

Before founding his own firm, David worked at the Kisner Law Firm and Sain Law, LLC, both in the Pittsburgh area. He earned his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where he was the Murray S. Love Mock Trial Champion, an editor on JURIST, and a member of the Moot Court Board. Before law school, David graduated summa cum laude from Harding University with a degree in Political Science.

Today, David lives in Cranberry Township with his wife and daughters.
