Justin T. Romano has served as an adjunct with the Unemployment Compensation Clinic since 2011. He is an alumnus of Duquesne Law School and participated in the Clinic as a student, winning the Outstanding Student Award. Prior to attending Duquesne, Mr. Romano earned a Bachelor of Science Degree at Penn State University.
Mr. Romano is an experienced litigator. He is a partner at Attisano & Romano, where he maintains a broad practice focusing on commercial disputes, personal injury, criminal defense, and appeals. He has represented clients in trial courts, appellate courts, and administrative tribunals throughout Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and many other jurisdictions.
In addition to his practice and teaching responsibilities, Mr. Romano remains active in the community. He has served as an elected council member of the Allegheny County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division and as a member of Mayor Bill Peduto's Transition Committee. He also currently serves on several non-profit boards and is a regular presenter at continuing education seminars.
