Peter Gabriel is President of Key Leadership LLC, a firm specializing in executive coaching and leadership training for corporations. Peter is a certified coach through the International Coach Federation and Center for Credentialing & Education. Peter coaches and trains C-suite executives, emerging leaders, and managers to develop self-awareness, behaviors, and skills to be more effective as leaders. Prior to professional coaching, Peter spent 19 years working with corporate clients at Vanguard, a global investment manager.
Peter holds a Doctorate of Education in Leadership from Creighton University. His doctoral dissertation focused on gender, diversity, and leadership and was presented at the 2018 International Leadership Association Global Conference. Ever the life-learner, Peter is enrolled in Drexel University's Doctorate of Business Administration Program.
Peter is a Past President for the Pittsburgh Human Resources Association and Pittsburgh Chapter of the International Coach Federation.
Janice Manzi Sabatine, Ph.D., PCC

Janice Manzi Sabatine, PhD, PCC, is President of Avanti Strategies, LLC, a firm specializing in executive, leadership, and career coaching for academic physicians and scientists. She earned a BS in chemistry from the University of Notre Dame and a PhD in biochemistry from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Recognizing the need among her technically trained peers for stronger leadership and interpersonal skills, Janice trained as an executive coach through the Pennsylvania State University Smeal College of Business. In this role, Janice has helped numerous academic, scientific, and healthcare professionals become stronger, more effective leaders. A researcher by training, Janice relies on evidence-based methodologies to support her coaching and coach training activities. She is a past recipient of an Institute of Coaching research grant to study the impact of a coaching-based career course supplemented with external coaching on career adaptability among graduate students. In addition to editing the coaching reference book, Professional Coaching: Principles and Practice, Janice is the external coach coordinator for the Biomedical Masters Program at the University of Pittsburgh and is a Past President of the Pittsburgh chapter of the International Coach Federation.
