CPIM Part 1 - Start your CPIM journey with universally recognized entry-level supply chain training. Learn the Basics of Supply Chain Management and prepare for the CPIM Part 1 exam.

Instructor-Led Course Start Date: Monday, September 12, 2022
Length of Course: 8 weeks- every Monday from 6-9PM EST until October 31, 2022
Delivery: Hybrid format- Virtual on Microsoft Teams- In person- Location TBD

Fee: $1,495 (includes 2022 APICS CPIM Part 1 Bundle, LS + Exam + 2nd Chance Exam, Printed Slide Book, Participant Materials)

*If not a current ASCM member, an additional $220 will be added to your fee for membership

Details: 

    • Participant access to online study tools is valid for 12 months from the date of assignment.
    • Participants must take the CPIM Part 1 exam within 12 months after bundle purchase date. We will assign the exam voucher to you for an Authorization to Test (ATT) within 6 months of the bundle purchase. The ATT is valid for 6 months for participants to schedule and take the exam.
    • Candidates will ONLY qualify for the 2nd Chance Exam (retake) when they schedule and take their first exam within 180 days of purchasing their valid ATT and fail their exam. The 2nd Chance Exam (retake), if issued, will be valid for 6 months.

CPIM Part 2 - Complete your CPIM preparation journey. Prepare for the CPIM Part 2 exam with comprehensive training for internal operations covering master planning, detailed scheduling, execution and strategic management of resources.

Length of Course: 13 weeks- every Wednesday from 6-9PM EST until November 16, 2022
Delivery: Hybrid format- Virtual on Microsoft Teams- In person- Location TBD

Fee: $1,995 (includes 2022 APICS CPIM Part 2 Bundle, LS + Exam + 2nd Chance Exam, Printed Slide Book, Participant Materials)

*CPIM Part 1 and CPIM Part 2 exams must be passed within three years of each other to earn the CPIM designation. To maintain your CPIM designation you must submit a certification maintenance application every five years.  Learn more about the CPIM exam process.


Why should I earn the CPIM?

Earning the APICS CPIM demonstrates mastery of an organization's internal operations and an in-depth understanding of the Fundamentals of Demand Management, Plan Supply, Executing the Supply Plan, Inventory Management, Continuous Improvement and Quality Management and Technologies, Strategy and S&OP.  The certification provides the knowledge to apply this information across the extended suppy chain.  Certified employees can increase their salaries by 25%.  APICS certifications can improve hiring potential by as much as 65%.

* Students must pass two exams to become certified. The exams are each made up of 150 multiple-choice questions within a 3.5 hour time limit.
