Susan P. Eppley is an Executive in Residence at Duquesne University teaching courses in marketing and management. Susan received her undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Edinboro University, and her MS in Business Administration from Robert Morris University. She has also received certification in Project Management from George Washington University and has been a member of PMI.
Susan has had a long and successful business career. She worked for Westinghouse in Pittsburgh as a systems analyst directly from her undergraduate work. She then began employment at Hewlett Packard, where she worked for 30 years in a variety of both individual contributor and management roles. As an individual contributor she held the roles of systems engineer, technical consultant, project manager, and sales executive. Her management responsibilities encompassed a wide variety of roles in the consulting and outsourcing product lines, including regional sales management (up to $2.5 billion sales target), P&L management (up to $125 million), and SAP/ERP practice leadership and development.
Susan is also a board member for 2 companies, one non-profit and one for profit company. She is on numerous committees for the St. Alphonsus Parish in Wexford and the Diocese of Pittsburgh, including currently being a member of Bishop Zubik's On Mission Commission.
