Specialized Masters Financial Aid & Assistantships
Available for the following programs: MS in Accountancy, MS in Analytics & Information Management, and MS in Supply Chain Management
Graduate Assistantships provide partial tuition assistance in exchange for service to the University on specialized assignments. Types of assignments vary year to year and are determined by the supervising faculty/staff member. However, typical work assignments include research, class assistance, consulting projects, or database entry. Graduate Assistants are required to work between 13-20 hours per week during a semester in exchange for a set number of credits of tuition assistance.
How to Qualify:
- Competitive GMAT or GRE score, or 3.5/4.0 GPA in a prior degree (undergraduate or graduate).
How to Apply:
- When you apply to your program of choice, mark your interest in a Graduate Assistantship position under the "Academic Plans" section, for the question, "Select the graduate merit award for which you would like to be considered."
- Qualified candidates will be invited to interview in early February/March
Please complete your application:
- Round I: January 31st
- Round II: March 30th
- March 30th and later: if positions are still available, eligible students will be interviwed on a rolling basis.
Employer Tuition Assistance
Many employers provide financial support for continuing education. We encourage students to check with their Human Resource department. Duquesne offers a tuition deferment plan for students whose employers do not reimburse until the course is completed.
