Fourth Three Rivers IP & Tech Law Colloquium

Fourth Annual Three-Rivers IP and Tech Law Colloquium
Duquesne University School of Law & University of Pittsburgh School of Law

January 29, 2021

  • In the interest of fairness to presenters, all participants are expected to read the draft papers or abstracts before the colloquium and attend all presentations.

  • The emphasis is on discussion rather than presentation. Formal presentations are discouraged. Accordingly, 45 minutes have been allocated for the discussion of each paper. If presenters wish to introduce their projects, they may do so in under 5-10 minutes. The remaining time will be allocated for the discussion session.

  • Health breaks are scheduled in the morning and afternoon. We will also adjourn for lunch at 12:15 - 1:15 pm.

  • In lieu of the customary post-conference refreshments, participants can "hang-out" on Zoom with drinks/snacks of their choosing.
