General Practice Concentration

Concentration Advisor: Professor Maryann Herman

In addition to completing required first-year courses, Corporations, Evidence, and Professional Responsibility, students wishing to fulfill the General Practice Concentration – Real Property Track must complete four additional courses in the upper level curriculum, as follows:

Required Courses- at least two of the following

Construction Law
Environmental Considerations in Business and Real Estate Transactions
General Practice Simulation
Land Use Planning
Oil and Gas Law
Real Estate Planning
