As a reflection of the Law School’s long-standing commitment to public service advancing our system of laws and government, Duquesne University School of Law McGinley Public Service Law Fellowships allow students currently enrolled at the Law School to work in public service during the summer and receive an award of up to $3,000.

The projects will involve legal and legislative issues relating to all three branches of government.  At least one of the Fellow will be based in Harrisburg working with legislative leaders.  Other than the legislative opportunities in Harrisburg and Pittsburgh, students must independently secure placements with public service agencies or departments to apply.

The deadline to submit an application for the 2019 McGinley Fellow has passed.
