Appeal board to hear oral argument at Duquesne Law
The Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Appeal Board will hold a special en banc sitting at Duquesne Law on Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2018.
As arranged by Commissioner (and Adjunct Professor) Robert A. Krebs, the board will hear oral argument on three cases in the School of Law's McArdle Courtroom, beginning at 10:45 a.m.
The session is open to law students the general public. No registration is required.
