Duquesne Law trial team competes in Atlanta
Duquesne Law had an excellent showing in the Georgia State Bar Association's William W. Daniel Mock Trial Competition in Atlanta in November. Of all law schools in the country with trial advocacy teams, only 18 were invited to participate, and only four teams could advance.
Duquesne Law's team of Amanda Perry, Mike Zagari, Kristin Hoffman, Maggie Cooney, Luke Gatten and Thomas "Corey" Zutz did well, beating Temple 2-1, and Emory 3-0, before losing (0-3) to a South Carolina team that headed in the finals ranked first.
Congratulations to the students and coaches Bob Daley and Chelsea Cramer.
