Pa. Senate confirms Elliot Howsie, L'98

Allegheny County Chief Public Defender Elliot Howsie was unanimously confirmed Tuesday by the state Senate to a seat on the Court of Common Pleas. Before embarking on his distinguished career, Judge Howsie earned his law degree from Duquesne University in 1998 while juggling two full-time jobs. We are so proud!
