Prof. McPeak discusses product liability cases against websites and apps
Bloomberg Law Business interviewed Professor Agnieszka McPeak for a story about how courts are increasingly finding less federal immunity for website operators and app makers when serious injuries and safety threats are alleged.
McPeak joined Duquesne Law this summer. Among her areas of interest, she is researching how product liability law applies to sharing economy companies such as Uber Technologies, In., Lyft Inc., and Airbnb, Inc.
