Profs Rago and DeLosa participate in criminal justice reform event
Professors John Rago and Elizabeth DeLosa participated in a roundtable discussion about criminal justice reform efforts in Pennsylvania this week. Pennsylvania Senators Stewart Greenleaf and Sharif Street and others convened the event in Pittsburgh as part of a series of discussions across the state open to the public and available via livestream.
Topics included reducing mandatory minimum sentences, treating addiction, improving conviction integrity, and protecting the victims of human trafficking.
The Pennsyvlania Senate Republican Caucus issued a press release about the event.
