Downtown plaintiff's law firm looking for a paralegal. Full or part time position. Candidate must have a strong interest in litigation work. Familiarity with Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, and/or Social Security Disability strongly preferred. Must have strong legal writing skills and good analytic abilities. You will be required to interact with clients of every background, and patience and conscientiousness are a must. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, but applicants with prior experience working in a law firm are preferred. Law Offices of Marc J. Reiter
Full-time bilingual (Spanish-English) paralegal needed. The Downtown Pittsburgh law office concentrates in Immigration, Personal Injury, and Workers' Compensation law representing immigrants and persons injured in accidents. Duties include answering phones, communicating with clients, working on immigration cases including family based and removal/deportation cases, and overall case support including writing letters, ordering and indexing medical records, assisting with discovery and pleadings, filing, and other administrative duties. Must be functionally fluent in both Spanish and English. Previous experience working in a law office, preferably in Immigration and/or Injury cases, required.
