Loan Documentation Specialist
Responsible for the preparation, review, and audit of loan documentation requests from the Private Banking Secured and Structured Lending Divisions. An understanding of all elements of a credit transaction to ensure compliance with Risk approval and policies, internal legal guidelines, and all government regulations and guidelines required. Position is responsible for the most complicated lending transactions and must recognize the need to create or modify loan documents to meet the credit approval terms. A BA/BS degree, paralegal certification, or a high school diploma and a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the financial or legal industry are preferred. Also required are strong written and verbal communication skills; the ability to assess, articulate, and translate credit requests as they relate to the documentation and administration of a loan portfolio; and, be the ability to effectively schedule tasks in order to meet required deadlines. Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and use various internal systems are critical.
David W. Tyree, Esquire

North Hills sole practitioner, David W. Tyree, Esquire, is looking for a part-time Estate Paralegal, estate administration and probate experience required. The ideal candidate would have 5 plus years of experience. Working knowledge of Lackner 6-in-1, and Microsoft Office Suite. The ability to work independently, multitask, and to work with our clients on a personal basis. The hours are 8:00 to 4:00 pm, four days a week; pay range is $18.00 to $21.00 hour; one hour for lunch and 10 paid vacation/sick days, per year.
GRB Law seeks an Estate Paralegal to add to our busy Estate Planning and Administration practice group. The position entails preforming a wide range of complex estate administration functions that include estate/inheritance tax preparation, income tax preparation (1041's/PA 41's), probate, and court accountings. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in this area which includes an extensive estate software background in Lackner 6-in-1, and proficiency with computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and other legal software. Paralegal (Complex Lit)
Prestigious downtown client (currently working remotely) is looking to develop a complex litigation paralegal. If you have 2 + years of litigation experience, take pride in your work product, stay engaged until the job is done this could be a position for you. Candidate should have excellent typing, interpersonal, organizational and phone skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office products, be self-motivated and organized, detail oriented and flexible. Bachelor's Degree is a plus with a ABA Paralegal Certificate and/or experience. E-Discovery, doc review software, categorizing documents, Federal court and trial experience is preferred. Additionally, Federal Multidistrict Litigation (MDL) experience and pharmaceutical litigation preferred (but not required).
Looking to fill a paralegal position with duties that include but are not limited to: Support and assist with commercial real estate and corporate transactions and finance closings; preparation and submittal of electronic and/or hard copy closing binders and packages to transaction parties; prepare and file/record basic legal documents at various Recorder of Deeds offices (Property Deeds, Realty Transfer Tax Statement of Value forms); analyze and summarize public documents filed with PA Secretary of State / Corporations Bureau (and other jurisdictions); perform legal research and prepare memorandums of law on basic legal issues; routine communication with clients, filing offices and service providers; and other various administrative duties. Currently seeking highly motivated individuals for paraprofessional position. This role is to support a broad range of financial and economic analyses in both litigation and non-litigation matters. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: organizing engagement research, workpapers, depositions, and other supporting documents; monitoring document requests and production; reviewing, summarizing and analyzing documents and depositions; interacting closely with engagement team to prepare expert reports, exhibits, etc. Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent certifcation (coursework and/or experience in law, finance, economics or accounting preferred); excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with legal research and E-discovery platforms; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; strong communication skills; and a continous desire to learn and grow.
