The Art History Minor Program strives to introduce students to learning opportunities outside of the classroom, finding that excursions to places outside of the traditional learning environment can prove to be invaluable parts of the educational experience.

The Art History Program also participates in the University's Spring Break Away curriculum, which allows students the opportunity to take an Art History course in the spring semester at the main campus and spend their Spring Break with their professors and classmates studying Art History in major European cities such as Paris, France, and Florence and Rome, Italy.
