Admission to Mary Pappert School of Music Events
All policies listed below are subject to ticket availability. Ticket prices and events are subject to change without notice.
Purchase tickets to any $10 general admission concert. All major credit cards are accepted. Show your emailed receipt at the door for admission (printed or on your mobile device).
Tickets can also be purchased at the door (cash only).
Admission to all events is subject to availability.
Standing exceptions to this are Music on the Bluff concerts ($15 reserved seating) and any concert noted as "Free Admission."
Complimentary Ticket Policies
Mary Pappert School of Music Students, Faculty, and Staff
With the exception of the Music on the Bluff series (see below), all Mary Pappert School of Music students, faculty, and staff are permitted up to eight (8) complimentary tickets for each concert and recital presented by the Mary Pappert School of Music that requires an admission fee.
Students may get their tickets for each concert in the main office of the School of Music (Room 319) by twelve o'clock (noon) one business day prior to the concert date during office hours. Complimentary tickets may also be obtained at the box office on the day of the concert (subject to the same 8 ticket limit). In all cases, a valid Duquesne ID must be shown in order to receive complimentary tickets.
Non-Mary Pappert School of Music Students, Faculty, and Staff
Non-MSPOM students, faculty, and staff must pay the full admission price to any Mary Pappert School of Music event unless otherwise noted.
Music on the Bluff Complimentary Ticket Policies
All Duquesne University students are permitted one (1) complimentary ticket to each Music on the Bluff series concert. Duquesne University faculty and staff are permitted two (2) per ID. Complimentary tickets are subject to availability.
Parking for On-Campus Events
Parking for on-campus events is available in the Forbes Avenue Parking Garage. If there is any event on campus or at PPG Paints Arena that necessitates a higher-than-normal rate for parking, the Mary Pappert School of Music staff will provide affiliate rate ticket validations that bring the price back down to a standard rate.
