Paws on the Bluff
Duquesne's Paws on the Bluff helps feed local families with pets who are in need. We understand that these families can sometimes go without food for themselves in order to better care for their pets. Paws on the Bluff has partnered with Animal Friends Chow Wagon to collect pet food and toys and distribute to area food banks so that these types of choices no longer have to be made. From September 23–30, donation bins will be located throughout the Duquesne University campus to provide easy drop off options for product donations and a convenient online option gives everyone the opportunity to donate easily online.

In tough economic times, many families can't afford to feed their pets, causing heartache for pet owners and swelling the population of homeless animals.
Too often, pet owners go hungry themselves in order to provide for their pets.
Animal Friends' Chow Wagon provides pet food to area food pantries to ensure that pets and their families remain together.
