For Prospective Students and Families:
To protect the health and safety of those on campus, the Mary Pappert School of Music will not be hosting any public events or conducting any in-person visits and/or tours of the building. All prospective student services and events, including auditions, will be hosted remotely in online environments. The office of University Admissions may have appointments available for outdoor on-campus tours. Please contact email@example.com to check availability.
You can still experience being a student through online lessons, observations, and meetings with faculty, staff, and current students. Visit the Music Admissions homepage or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get started.
For Pre-Authorized Guests Attending Student Recitals:
Only degree-required recitals will be held on campus this year. Each student is permitted 10 tickets for off-campus guests to attend the recital. These tickets must be requested in advance by the student. If the student's recital falls between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday–Friday, the student must also make arrangements with the campus Parking Office, otherwise, guests will not be granted entry.
Parking is available in the Forbes Avenue Parking garage for pre-authorized guests. For rates, please refer to the Parking website. On-campus parking is restricted during the following hours:
- Monday through Thursday, 5 a.m.–9 p.m.
- Friday 5 a.m.–3 p.m.
- Saturday, 5 a.m.–4 p.m.
Please be sure that you have made arrangements with the student to obtain your ticket prior to the recital. Admission to the recital requires a ticket for each person in attendance, regardless of age. To meet capacity regulations, and for the health and safety of our community, we can make no exceptions to this policy.
