Cancellation and Conference Policies
A $50 administration fee will be charged for all refunds. Telephone requests will be honored up to four business days before the start of the conference and must be confirmed in writing. If you need to cancel your registration, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request. If cancellation occurs within three business days prior to the start of the conference, a refund will not be granted. Allow minimum of 4 weeks from date of conference completion for processing refunds.

If you need special accommodations due to a disability, contact us in advance at email@example.com. Please allow at least 2 weeks notification.
Duquesne University reserves the right to photograph, videotape or record conference participants. Registered participants also grant the University permission to produce, use, and publish the aforementioned materials.
Duquesne University reserves the right to substitute faculty, if necessary. The views expressed by conference faculty are not necessarily those of Duquesne University.
Guest passes for food and beverage events are available for purchase upon request. We ask that you do not bring guests to conference events without a guest pass. Contact Kellie Dalton at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
We encourage early registration so that confirmation and additional information can be sent to you. You will receive confirmation upon receipt of your registration fee. If you do not receive confirmation, or if you have any questions, please email us at email@example.com.
