MSN FNP Graduates Achieve 100% Pass Rate
All Duquesne University School of Nursing Spring and Summer 2021 MSN Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) graduates successfully passed their national certification exams. This is the fourth year in a row the School of Nursing has achieved a 100% pass rate.
Twenty-seven Spring 2021 MSN FNP graduates and 21 Summer MSN FNP graduates successfully passed the national American Academy of Nurse Practitioner Certification (AANP) exam, and one Spring graduate took and successfully passed the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) exam. Two PMC FNP students also passed the AANP exam.
Both examinations are entry-level competency-based exams that tests clinical knowledge in family/individual across the life span.
