Is your child experiencing increased coughing, nighttime awakenings, shortness of breath and/or wheezing? If so, they may have asthma. Complete a short four-question survey to find out if your child needs follow up.

- More than 6 million kids have asthma in the U.S.*
- Attributed to 13.8 million missed school days every year*
- 53% of kids with asthma have an asthma attack each year*
- Asthma CAN BE managed
- Asthma IS NOT contagious
A Good Asthma Action Plan Will Help You:
- Prevent symptoms like coughing and shortness of breath
- Reduce your need for quick-relief medicines
- Maintain good lung function
- Sleep through the night and continue normal activities
- Prevent asthma attacks that could result in an ER visit or hospital stay

There is no cure for asthma but there are things you can do to keep your asthma under control:
- See your doctor regularly
- Take your medications as prescribed
- Pay attention to your symptoms
- Avoid your triggers
