2019 Alumni Conference Committee Leader Information
The School of Pharmacy will hold its Annual Alumni Conference this year at Seven Springs Resort from September 27-29 and recognize members of graduating classes celebrating reunion years.
Alumni from graduating classes ending in four (4) or nine (9) (i.e. 1994, 1999) are being asked to volunteer as committee leaders to assist with reaching out to other alumni from your graduating class in the hope of getting members of your class to attend your class reunion at the conference. If you are interested in learning more about what this entails, please phone into a conferencing call on Tuesday, July 9 at 6:00 pm (EST) with other alumni officers.
The following information is provided in order to call:
Toll Free Access Number – 1-800-582-3013
Participant Passcode – 398485733#
After the call, if you still are interested in becoming a committee leader, you'll need to review and sign an agreement found here: https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/50844844889978
When filling out the form, please list your activity as part of the Advancement Department as "Reunion Volunteer" and Sarah Sperry as your Volunteer Coordinator, that way she will receive the copy of the form that you've completed. In order to sign it, from your PC, you'll need to use your mouse (no grade for your signature, so don't worry if it's a bit wobbly) or from a tablet or phone you'll just use your finger in the box shown.
