Duquesne University School of Pharmacy Center for Pharmaceutical Technology
The Duquesne University School of Pharmacy Center for Pharmaceutical Technology introduces Pharm.D. students to concepts in pharmaceutics and pharmaceutical manufacturing. Research in the Center for Pharmaceutical Technology focuses on improving the safety, quality and efficiency of pharmaceutical manufacturing.
"The Duquesne University Center for Pharmaceutical Technology is a great opportunity for Pharm.D. students to be introduced to and interact with the pharmaceutical industry and cutting-edge research," Dr. Carl Anderson, Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Programs and Associate Professor of Pharmaceutics says. "It combines the practical concerns of the pharmaceutical industry with the excitement of research."
The Center for Pharmaceutical Technology collaborators include representatives from industry, other academic institutions, regulatory authorities, equipment vendors and private consultants.
