Jelena Janjic Receives 2020 President's Award For Excellence In Scholarship
Dr. Jelena Janjic was awarded the President's Award for Excellence in Scholarship at the Faculty Awards Ceremony on September 17. She was recognized for her continued research on nanotechnology in pain relief.
Awarded annually, the recipient of the President's Award for Excellence in Scholarship "has demonstrated a consistent pattern of excellence in scholarship through past and current publications, scholarly presentations and papers, the substantial portions of which have been completed while a member of the Duquesne University faculty."
Dr. David Tipton was also recognized at the ceremony for 25 years of teaching at the university.
