Mylan School of Pharmacy

Maureen R. Pearson, Administrative Assistant to Scott Copley and Debra DiBiasi, joined the Mylan School of Pharmacy Staff on September 3, 2013. A Pittsburgh native, Maureen holds a B.A. in journalism from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. Prior to coming to Duquesne, Maureen worked as a radiologist extender/medical transcriptionist, an administrative assistant at a local hospice, and a newspaper reporter. She lives in the North Hills with her husband, Jeff, and their three daughters, Katie, 18, Colleen, 16, and Kelly, 13.

Amy Gavlik, BSN, Coordinator of Business and Marketing, joined Mylan School of Pharmacy staff on October 20, 2013. Amy comes to us from Chicago, where she was a strategic marketing and advertising consultant, and she will be leading the marketing and business development efforts for The Center for Pharmacy Services. A Pittsburgh native, Amy relocated back to the area to be near her family.
