Requirements for Pharm.D. Transfer Students
The School of Pharmacy accepts applications from academically talented students seeking to transfer from accredited two and four-year colleges throughout the United States to transfer into the Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) Program. Undergraduate transfer students may choose either the On-Campus program or the Online program.
Undergraduate transfer students who meet the course requirements and successfully complete the entry level six-year Doctor of Pharmacy program will be awarded a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy Foundations.
Minimum Requirements
- A minimum QPA of 2.5 is required for application. In order to be considered competitive, applicants must possess a minimum QPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
Admission Requirements for Applicants with a Bachelor's Degree:
Prerequisite Courses (37 Credits)
These courses must be taken at an accredited 4-year college/university or 2-year community
college. Grades of "C" or better are required.
