Holiday Closure Information

Duquesne University offices will be closed on Monday, January 20, 2020 in honor of Martin Luther King Day.  Requests for paper transcripts and enrollment verifications received by 11am on Friday, January 17 will be processed before the closure.* 

Transcripts
Electronic PDF transcript orders: Under most circumstances*, electronic PDF transcript orders for students attending Fall 2007 and later will be processed despite office closures. The processing of transcript orders for students who attended prior to Fall 2007 will resume when offices re-open on Tuesday, January 21, 2020.
Mail and pick-up transcript orders: Paper transcripts will not be processed during the closure. If you received an email stating that your transcript has been processed, it will be mailed or available for pick-up after 12pm on  Tuesday, January 21, 2020.

Students can check the status of their transcript requests online using the Track Your Order function.

*Some conditions of enrollment may increase processing time. These requests will be processed when University offices reopen on Tuesday, January 21, 2020. All financial obligations must be paid in full in order to obtain a transcript.

Enrollment/Degree Verifications

Current students who need an Enrollment Verification for Spring 2020 during the holiday break can log on to DORI and Self-Service Banner > Student Information > Enhanced Self-Service Banner (Version 9) > Student Profile > Request Enrollment Verification.  These will be mailed or available for pickup after 12pm on Tuesday, January 21, 2020. 

Degree verification is handled online at www.degreeverify.org year-round.
