Duquesne’s student population of 9,985 includes 4,050 graduate students. If you choose to, you can be directly involved in exciting research, work with faculty on presentations and conference papers, or work as one of our 450 graduate teaching assistants.
Living on campus or off, our graduate students are active on campus, involved in student organizations, social activities, and professional organizations. There are plenty of opportunities to work, volunteer and socialize with your fellow students.
The Graduate Student Organization exists to foster a sense of community among the students and to serve as their advocate in University affairs. Many departments also have graduate student organizations. Duquesne encourages its graduate students to become active members of the campus community and participants in the life of the University.
